Programme Overview

This course is aimed at those who have completed The Introduction to Drawing and Painting – Stage One course or those who feel they are beyond the beginners’ level but need some guidance with how to progress their creative approaches.   Drawing & Painting: Stage Two is designed around a wide range of guided exercises aimed at fostering increasing independence while providing support through individual feedback. We will build upon the fundamentals of drawing and painting to develop your skills in observational drawing, colour and paint application enabling students to gain the confidence to experiment and develop their individual style.
